My proven track record in overseeing systems procurement and integration e.g. CRM, intranet and digital asset management systems enables me to provide well rounded expertise in digital comms and the technology supporting them.

Having completed my Cert DigM and being a sucker for punishment I completed my Dip DigM with the IDM in 2010 to support my MA in Arts Management. 

I have over three years of senior management experience and over ten years of cross industry marketing experience. Brands I have worked with include Estee Lauder, Cancer Research UK, Travelex and Greater London Authority. I have both B2B and B2C experience.

In hand with over a decade’s worth experience I have both a Diploma & Certificate in Digital Marketing and an MA in Arts Management which included Research Investment, Audience Development, Change Management, Business Management including setting organisation priorities, identifying where time and investment is needed the most.

I am a confident, pro-active and persuasive individual and enjoy developing innovative ideas within strategies, problem solving and gaining knowledge through practical learning within a dynamic digitally focussed business.

I have significant experience in developing and delivering digital strategy development and implementation in a number of organisations utilising a range of digital media. This includes corporate, consumer, and campaign websites, social media and e-mail delivering approved and engaging content using infographics, animation, video, mobile apps, audio and copy to support social search and optimal overall customer journey.
